基本:基本拳腳,擋格,馬步移動:馬步移動訓練型:即套拳體能:push up,sit up,squatsPad work,shadow boxing半接觸組手:又稱寸止,也就是點到為止,不會對著對手做出直接攻擊。自由組手:可自由發揮,如手部擊打頭部,手刀,背刀。Training

Full-contact kumite: It is a type of karate. it is allowed to fight with full force(head punch is not allowed,but head kick is legal blow)
Semi-contact :Also called sun tome karate,fighting with good control for less injuries.
Free style kumite: Lots of traditional techniques will be available such as punching to the head,knife hand strike,back knife hand strike,palm strike空手稽古

フィジカル:拳立って、腹筋、スクワット
シャドーボクシング、パッドワーク
フルコン組手:空手の一種。 全力で戦うことは許される(上段突きは犯則、上段蹴りは有効)
寸止め組手:直接打撃せずに寸前で止める、もしくはダメージを与えない程度に当てる事。
自由組手:伝統の組手,いろいろ伝統の技を許す(上段突き,手刀撃ち,背刀撃ち,振り打ち)
